At Viyoddha, we want to give our guests the most enjoyable homestay experience, one that will keep them coming back to our home time and time again. That’s why we believe that our policies should be fair, clear, and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Viyoddha Homestay Policy

  1. RESERVATION

    1. Please make advance reservations via telephone or book online to ensure room availability.

    2. Advance in Cash / online Payment is mandatory to obtain the confirmed reservation. 

    3. Rates displayed online are not guaranteed until the confirmation voucher is generated. The rates are generally dynamic in nature. Once a rate is selected and a transaction is executed by you, no other rate is applicable either higher or lower, and enforce no refund is admissible.

    4. The estimated cost for stay includes the confirmed room rate, the estimated taxes, and estimated fees.

    5. The actual taxes, fees and cess prevalent at the time of stay shall be applicable, which may vary from the estimates and you are liable to pay any extra cost on account of such amendments in taxes, fees, cess etc.

    6. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the reservation if it appears, at the sole discretion of the hotel, that a guest is engaged in fraudulent, illegal or other inappropriate activity or the reservation is obtained fraudulently or with malafide intention or mistake or error.

    7. On check in to the hotel, please present the hotel reservation confirmation voucher along with valid photo ID or Passport, Photo PAN Card, Election Identity Card, Photo driving license, or any photo ID card issued by the government.

    8. All extra services & amenities will be available at an additional charge only.

    9. In case of non-availability of pre-booked room at the time of arrival, we will offer an alternate similar standard hotel/ in a similar room type, at its discretion and without any further liability.

    10. Rates may change without notice and may vary for special events except for confirmed reservations against the advance payment.

    11. Normal occupancy permits maximum two people per room. Additional person (if room size permits) is charged extra as per prevalent rate.

  2. Cancellation and Early Checkout​

    1. In case your plans change, ensure to inform us in writing for a refund of your deposit. The guidelines in this regard as under:-

    2. The refund of the reservation done by the Travel Agent will be processed by the issuing Travel Agent only and no refund is admissible online.

    3. In the event of cancellation before of non-cancellable booking (s), the client shall not be refunded the amount paid towards making the reservation(s).

    4. In case of early checkout, you are liable to pay for the entire confirmed reservation. 

    5. Please note for the reservation of more than one room in that case all rooms are determined as "reserved nights".

  3. Refunds​

    1. Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.

    2. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in,

      1. a full refund for cancellations is made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.

      2. After that,

        1. 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in.

        2. No refund after that.

    3. Check-in and Check-Out

      1. The normal check-in time is 2:00 PM.

      2. Check-out is at 12 Noon.

      3. Early check-in and check-out are available by prior arrangement only

    4. CHILDREN AND INFANTS

      1. Children (up to 5 years) can stay free of charge with parents without an extra bed.

      2. Children between 5 years to 12 years of age will be charged extra.

      3. Children above 12 years of age will be treated as young adults and the prevalent reservation charges will be applicable and levied.

    5. NON-ARRIVAL (NO SHOW)

      1. If you fail to arrive on the arrival date the entire reservation will be canceled automatically and will be charged for the entire reservation.

      2. If you fail to check in on the first date but still continue your travel plan, please, contact us to keep the room for you for the rest of the nights. Otherwise as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be auto-canceled and no refund admissible.

Your Data is Secure with Us

  1. Our guest's privacy is of the highest importance to our business.

  2. It is important to know that whenever you provide personal details or credit card information, it is secured with us.

  3. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

  4. We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so.

  5. When you click on links on our store, it may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

  6. PAYMENT

    1. We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payments. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

    2. Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover

    3. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

  7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

    1. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
