Yoga

'Yoga' is a Sanskrit word meaning 'coming together'. If the separated human consciousness is joined with the universal consciousness, a perfect harmony can be created between mind and body, man and nature.

Over millennia, humanity's ignorance has led to a rift between us and the natural world. Our relentless pursuit of dominion over nature, driven by fear, has only widened this gap.

However, those who recognize that we are an integral part of nature—indivisible from it—find their way back. The distance dissolves, and unity prevails.

When we prioritize what we lack over what we possess, we lose touch with our inherent essence. Ignorance drives this separation.

Sometimes, when the pain outweighs our achievements, we awaken to the fallacy of our evolved lifestyles. This marks the true journey home. Mother Nature embraces us, and together, we celebrate life's remaining chapters.

Remember, the mind sets us apart; man and nature remain intertwined. No practice can empty the mind, for all practices emerge from it. The more we struggle to escape its web, the tighter it clings.

Our work is complete only when we discern whether the mind's threads are real or illusory.
