Security and Intelligence
The brain and the mind needs security all the time. Mind cannot function without security. Security means to be in a state of no choice at all because Choice brings conflicts. Choice creates violence.
Because mind is insecure it creates violence. If mind feels that Security is in something like nationalism, religion, gods then mind depends on it.
How the mind can be completely secured?
We are living in complete disorder. Order is essential for healthy life. Order means understanding of disorder. The disorder is in finding security in anything that inevitably bring disorder.
Will the mind find out that there is no security in beliefs, means not depending psychologically on anything. Can a mind see it when it itself has anchored in belief systems. Beliefs are past knowledge, actions based on the past knowledge brings conflicts and disorder.
Therefore observe all the time. In observation mind is awake. To Observe, test, learn and act is the intelligence. Seeing the danger is intelligence. Intelligence is the highest form of sensitivity, discipline is involved in it. Therefore an intelligent mind is completely protected mind.
Very seeing of danger is denying of the danger. Seeing the trap is the breaking of the trap. Then follows the real action. Therefore it never goes wrong. Therefore he won't choose from his past memories. This implies complete freedom, in which there is no control. Such a mind is whole and hence completely secured. There is tremendous vitality. We are wasting our energy for security and therefore we do not have energy to realise the real nature of security.
Knowledge is past and thought is the response of the past knowledge. Thought is the me, is the centre, is the sensor and to move away from this centre is an intelligence.
