The best time to visit Kaas Pathar is September to October, although the flowering starts from mid-Sep and lasts until October. During the flowering season at Kaas Plateau from Mid Sep to early October, a riot of colors will treat the eyes. By the third week of October almost 90 percent of the flowers are gone.
