Sorrows and Suffering

Sorrow may be an indication of separation and loneliness. When attachments with another came to an end, one suffers, finds himself lonely. Mind being incapable of this detachment seeks psychological comfort.

Losing someone who is very dear to us is actual and finding psychological comforts in ideas like priest and prayer is an illusion!

If we do not realize the root of sorrow we might try to escape from one illusion to another illusion.

*Who is actually in sorrow? Our Me. Dependance and attachments are corruption of actual meaning of life.*

No one is aware of this.

If one does not escape and remains with the fact of sorrows and isolation, the idea of an individual can end there.

Desire is not Love. Pleasure is not Love. Experience which gives pleasure is not Love.

A mind which is free from sorrow only knows Love. Ending of sorrow is the beginning of wisdom and compassion is there. Compassion only lives with wisdom and intelligence.

Ending of sorrows is the ending of Me and it is the psychological death.

If one is attached to someone, a person or an idea and without conflict, without motive, easily and happily allows it to go, then he should not be frightened even about physical death.

Our life is all about our consciousness, which is common to all mankind, our mind is clinging to it because it feels that there is security. One of the basic factors of human consciousness is attachment.

Whether the Me, the ego, our name and fame is an actuality or is put together by thought?

If it is not actual and put together by thought then it can be ended before our physical death.

Thought has created the psychological image of Me. When thought ends itself then all its psychological images dissolve.

Physical Death is common to all but living while dying is an unique phenomenon.

With the ending of Me, which is the cause of all sorrows there is tremendous energy, and it is the beginning of Meditation.

The ending of psychological life is the beginning of actual life.
